ABOUT P.J.pj_run

P.J. has run 2 marathons, 5 half marathons, 4 10Ks, and more 5Ks than he can remember. He is currently training for the 2013 Marine Corps Marathon while simultaneously running 1000 miles for the year 2013. He also intends on running 40 miles on his 40th birthday.

ABOUT JEN jen_yoga

An avid yogi who practices daily (at home or in studio), Jen takes great pride in her practice. Jen is a certified yoga instructor, a career coach, and an unofficial “life coach” to many.


Our typical day may start with a kale smoothie, but will most definitely end with a local, craft, IPA. With our sense of humor in tact, we stumble our way through raising our two ridiculously awesome children.
